Any aborted booked works need to be notified to us via email 48hrs prior to the agreed start time, A charge of 50% of the expected hourly rate will be charged for aborted works that we were not informed of.
Weekends and bank holidays emergency works are charged at our out of hours rate of £190.00 per hour.

All works with a material cost of over £150.00 will require a deposit prior to any works being carried out.
- Our prices are crystal clear. All call outs including fault finding/surveys are charged the above rate for the first hour,
- The client has the option of being charged for travel time should parts be needed at the full hourly rate or arrange a return visit.
- Most faults can be diagnosed within the hour, we are happy to provide fixed price quotes for all works.
- Engineers are to be paid in full on completion of works, we accept cash, bank transfers and all major credit or debit cards.
